A legacy is not owned. It is earned, preserved and passed on.

“Some learn a martial art. Others devote their lives to passing it on.”

The Sifu

Sifu De Beil

For more than thirty years, Sifu De Beil has devoted his life to studying, practising and passing on Ip Man Wing Chun / Ving Tsun under the guidance of his Sifu, Tang Hau Min, and his Sicung, Tang Shun Ping, after whom the school is named.

This dual transmission is now the very soul of our school.

Over the years, his dedication has been recognised through four Belgian Championship titles, numerous sporting distinctions, and his recognition as the first non-Chinese practitioner to receive the title of Kung Fu Master from the Chinese Wushu Master Association.

A student who has never stopped learning.

The Lineage

Four generations. One path.

This photograph is not an illustration. It is a genuine record of the lineage: Ip Ching, Sifu Tang Shun Ping, Sifu Tang Hau Min and Sifu De Beil.

Tang Shun Ping Ving Tsun is more than a fighting system. It is a responsibility received from master to student, then passed on to the next generation.

Tang family celebration in Hong Kong
The Tang Family

Hong Kong, a second family.

Trips to Hong Kong are not simply training camps. They are a return to the source — moments of practice, respect, sharing and family.

The Tang family celebration, held every ten years, brings together family members from around the world. Taking part means becoming part of a story that extends far beyond the walls of a training hall.
