More than thirty years devoted to a single path: learning, practising and passing it on.
“One does not become a Sifu simply by teaching. One becomes a Sifu by continuing to learn every day.”

Sifu De Beil discovered martial arts at the age of twelve. Before encountering Wing Chun, he practised Aikido, Shotokan Karate, kickboxing, Muay Thai and Chang Kung Fu.
At twenty-one, discovering Wing Chun marked a turning point. What began as a practice became a path, and then a responsibility.
Sifu De Beil trained under the guidance of his Sifu, Tang Hau Min, and his Sicung, Tang Shun Ping, after whom the school is named.
This relationship goes far beyond technique. It shaped a way of learning, understanding and passing on Wing Chun / Ving Tsun.
The photograph of four generations is a reminder that this heritage is not abstract: it is alive, human and passed from master to student.

For more than thirty years, Sifu De Beil has guided students of all ages. His teaching is built on technical precision, patience, respect and the human dimension inherited from his own Sifus.
Wing Chun / Ving Tsun is not limited to a handful of techniques. It is developed through the forms, the wooden dummy, the long pole, the butterfly swords, Chi Sao and the time devoted to refining every detail.

Titles and certificates never replace practice. They simply mark the stages of a journey built over time, recognised by his peers and by the institutions that have accompanied his martial path.

Today, the role of a Sifu is no longer to demonstrate what he knows. It is to pass on what he has received with loyalty, high standards and kindness.
Every student who enters the school becomes part of this story.

Every journey to Hong Kong gives Sifu De Beil the opportunity to continue learning from his Sifus, while also reuniting with a family that has welcomed him for many years. These human bonds have deeply shaped the way he lives and passes on Wing Chun.
